No. What we quote is what you pay. We don't add fees after the fact. If we find something during a cleaning that needs repair, we'll show you and give you a separate estimate — never charge you without your approval.

Yes — we offer multi-flue discounts when cleaning or inspecting more than one fireplace in the same visit. We also offer bundle pricing when combining a cleaning and inspection. Call us to discuss.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at time of service for standard cleanings and inspections. For larger repair jobs, we can discuss payment arrangements.

No service call fee for estimates. For standard service appointments (cleaning, inspection), the service fee is the service price — nothing added on top.
